 I happened to be home for a little while at lunch time and thought I'd try and take a shot for the challenge. I took a few shots of various things but nothing was inspiring. I then noticed under the stairs the light coming in between the rafters from the high sun and took the shot.

I didn't have time to set up the tripod and with no descent noise reduction software available to me at present I set the aperture wide open to at low ISO. I didn't get the DoF I wanted so I should have used ISO 400 and at least Chimped the shot at the time.

I'm happy with the shot and PP but I don't expect it to appeal to most. I feel this could be a hard challenge to vote as it may be difficult to prove the shot meet the challenge. This was taken at 12:15pm but I'm sure many may feel this is too much of a shoehorn. I'm predicting a 4.9xxx for this.
