So this why I bought my first copy of photoshop. I have books and books of regular scrapbooks for my three daughters, I learned about digital scrapbooking from a friend and that is when I really started to get to know my way around photoshop. Most of what I learned was really helpful when I started into digital photography. I have collected hundreds of free digital paper and embellishments(the flowers and ribbon). The only cost to making my pages is in the printing, and I figured I have to get the pictures printed anyway. This one I did intentionally girly for my daughter, but you could also make very sophisticated looking ones. If you are interested, I can send you the links of my favorite websites with free for personal use stuff. One more bonus, a lot of the papers make great grunge overlays.

For anyone interested, these are two of my favorite sites you can also do a search for free digital scrapbooking and find others.

This one is my favorite, I especially love the paper in her apples and almonds kid for grunge overlays

Lots of the papers make great grunge overlays, you say? Really? I would probablly never be this good at digital scrapbooking but I am very interested in the papers. I would like to have the link, please. And I think you might consider starting a side challenge on ditigat scrapbooking, it'd be fun. Your little girl makes a lovely model!

Very sweet! I love the love of the metallic letters in the word princess. I've tried to get that look several times and have never quite succeeded.
