 These newlyweds were being photographed at the lake, actually in the lake, and having such great fun I couldn't resist taking some photos myself. It was very warm weather and these two appeared to enjoy the cool water in the hot October sun.

Captured handheld and processed in Photomatix as a single image HDR. Edit included levels and hue/sat adjustments and Neat Image.

I admire that you got the couple to pose in the water... Pretty daring of them! I am assuming this is a trash the dress session. While the water pose makes this more dynamic as a picture, the photo itself lacks color and seems a tad under exposed. The sun gives great light yet it doesn't give off the warmth needed to overcome the blue/grey waters. My eye continuously travels to the negative space in the top of the picture.

This is a great idea, with superb reflection and lighting. But it's the pose that is the weakest element here - she does NOT look comfortable.
