 First submission with this new lens - I only picked it up on Friday night so have had only a very limited chance to use it. I got some other more conventional bird shots but there was something about this one I liked.

I'll be surprised if it get into the 5s in this challenge.

Lovely. Wonderful contrast of the tack sharp gull against the out of focus ripples on the water. I've tried enough times to photograph them to know how hard they are to capture, and I love this moment in their flight sequence.

Like the light through the wings but the lack of a visible head is a little disturbing.
