For the interested the darkened area top center is another short beak egret, that was a distraction,and after A recent DQ of a winning entry, decided to burn rather than clone to remove.
Yes these birds take it in turns to use the nest and only build a small nest.

Does that nest really belong to them? It's so incredibly tiny! What bizarre looking birds! (nice capture, btw) (not voting in this challenge.)

Lacks sharpness a bit. I also can't make out what the black object is in the top center of the image. Otherwise it's a nice capture with really good composition.
