 Just four hours before the submission deadline, I finally reduced my large batch of candidates down to 6 shots for the 2010-10 Free Study. This was one of them.

I was really looking forward to my first time out shooting in the rain. About a month earlier, I had bought an "element cover" for the camera, so I was ready (it's a little cumbersome, but manageable). I got quite a few shots in the 2 hours I was out walking with the camera in light rain.
