It was worth a shot. I'd have redone it, but unfortunately, the chocolates met with an early demise shortly after the first photo shoot. :)

Grainy and a weird DOF

I think you should use your surves to give this a little more contrast to make it pop more. I would also not leave quite so much white space at the bottom. otherwise. good photo

the lighting is too florescent....blue cast makes it seem cold.

Could use better lighting.

Good idea and good composition and cropping. The lighting is very dark and the focus is not very sharp though. I also wonder if the white balance is a little out. The idea and placement are good, just a little out on the technical aspects.

Nice idea. Your choice of a rose-colored candy was great. The magenta cast on the forground does not work well for me - nor does the OOF candy in the immediate foreground.

Good idea, picture is a tad noisy and focus is a hair off.

very noisey picture. try shooting at a lower iso or a little further out to get great clarity. interesting shot.

Would have preferred less empty space in front.

Because this capture remains more in focus the farther back it goes if feels more like it was too close and out of focus then good dof. Also feel like it was cropped too short on the top and not enough at bottem.

mor light more brighter, less blue. nice set up but the final product does not show it off to best advantage.

There's too much (digital) noise in this picture. It's also grainy (iso 400?), but that's OK. Grain & noise are two different beasts. You should download Neat Image, the basic version is free & will help with this.

Needed a bit more sharpening, stronger focus and dof. I would eat them just the same, they look yummy!!
