 I was out shooting for this weeks challenges and as I was walking back to the car I came across a group of kids skating around. I asked them if they minded me shooting some and so I ended up hanging around for around 30 minuets and ended up with some pretty cool shots. I composed several for use in this challenge. Not sure how I will do but I like it and I found a different way to convert to black and white which I like. The reason I converted this shot was I felt the wreath with the bright roses were distracting, they were the most colorful thing in the shot and I felt like that would be the focal point so I turned it into a B&W and I feel it gives the shot a bit more edge as well.

Interesting juxtaposition with the guy flipping his board and the memorial wreath. This can really tell a story. Lots of nice textures. Good tones.

Well composed and captured. Love the grey scale on this. But it has an "over-processed" HDR look, and perhaps cropping off the bottom blurry part would have made it into a stronger image.
