What gorgeous textures!!! Love the earthy grain as well as the lovely warm brown and yellow hues in this composition. To me the flowers are growing off the side of a pockmarked tree in a forest bathed in warm light. |

If flowers grew on the moon
they'd be yellow
with feathery stamens
they would bloom so freely
and in such vast bunches
than they could be seen
by a strong telescope
But we all know
the moon is made of cheese
and yellow flowers
are just a figment
of my imagination |

These flowers look they they've been rocket-shot into the ethers. Very strange and interesting. Funny how an image will impose itself on you, especially when your intentions for it are the opposite :-) |
