the three images before this one.

The first jump got them off balance then only 2 strides to the second jump. Not enough time to recover.

clinging like spider girl over the jump probably saved her from a nasty neck injury.

WOW WHAT A CAPTURE! Amazing clarity, super focus. I like the image just before this one. The horses eyes are so wide. What a spill! I'm sure as you said her spider girl powers saved her and I'm guessing she's OK? I know how she hated it. I've never had anything like that happen but I remember in a barrel race, as we were taking it home my horse jumped a HUGE puddle just before the gate - the crowd thought that was incredibly funny. I was terribly embarresd.

Get rid of that silly sign. It probably just says "Beware, falls from high saddles can result in damaged tush". Super sharp, great exposure.

Holy Cow! The expression on the horsie's face is priceless with his closed eyes as if praying just to get through this moment as best as possible! Beautiful lighting and magnificent action capture! (no vote...just lurking)

Great action shot, well captured and the focus and stop action was handled very well. Its unfortunate the sign in the background had to be were it is but not much you can do about that, I would have been tempted to clone the sign out but for a challenge that may have been border line on pushing the rules. Nice shot, good luck in the challenge.
