 A diptych from one image.
It was taken through a wet plastic window in a stall at Springfest,(an annual event) and hence was already low in definition.
I have used Topaz Adjust dark ghostly and Topaz Simplify buzz sim.

I haven't used this pre-set yet. Looks pretty cool. Love how the umbrellas turned out.

The brollies really make me think of Seurat's Sunday Afternoon on the Island of La Grande Jatte. This is made much more interesting by being more dark and brooding. Interestingly, it doesn't feel terribly somber to me though, perhaps as a result of the pastel colors.
