 Camera was on a tripod, with interval timer. Helpful, as this was a self portrait. I used two speedlights, to freeze the scene. One on camera, bounced to the right off a wall. The other was positioned to the left, with an umbrella. Background was black cloth. When the exposure began, I moved my body, slowly through the scene. An incandescent light, helped to show my movement. Image was cropped and black raised in curves.
