The object here is using the kisses as wedges much you would a lemon. I did not intend to balance the kisses therefore I hot knifes a wedge into them to lay snug on the glass rim. The silhoettes are hand cut vinyl on plexi. Shot with three strobes. One behind plexi, and two bouced so as to avoid hitting the plexi with the cut-outs. I get the urge for these ideas because I do not take challenges too literal with food and candy. There are enough literal entries to carry the day and then what do I do with the stuff? lol |

Slightly strange placement of chocolate into the scene. One of the kisses looks to be melting off the glass. Also, the reflections in the wine glass are so prominent, they pull my eye away from the shadow kissers. |

hmm....I have mixed feelings about this one. I don't think the emphasis is on the chocolate so much. I like the glass and the lighing on it. I'm not crazy about the two colors in the background...I would have preferred just the pink. Still, I like that you tried something different. |

did not notice the faces until I saw the thumbnail again but still there is something missing to make it very good. |

Clever and well executed. It could work for "balanced" too! The only tiny detractor is the brighter blue spot below the left chin. |

Nice idea, it should be submitted to hershey marketting department. Would be perfect if the kisses were still looking like they just got unwrapped. 8 |

A very neat idea that you managed to execute quite nicely. The only thing I'm not too keen on is the two colored background with the pinkish white and the blue, but that's just a minor thing. I could certainly see this being used in advertising of some kind. |

Great concept. Good focus on the glass. Could have used more work on the symetry. |
