Thanks to everyone for their helpful critique of my first DPC entry. I have learned so much already and hope this is just the beginning of many more learning opportunities to come. |

Lovely rich reds. The brown and texture to it make it actually look like (sorry) a turd. Touch more DOF to get a little sharper focus to the strawberry on the right. The leaves have great detail. |

Change can be a good thing. The condensation reminds me that a little effort may be required but the results can be delicious. Wow points for the excellent close-up. |

I like the vibrant red of the strawberry and the green looks sharp, fresh, and vibrant too. Personally would have preferred a little more white space on the sides of the shot to balance it up a little, and the water droplets on the plate are a little distracting. |

Really fantastic color and detail. My only complaint is the drops of water on the surface in the foreground that distract a little from the overall image. |

I love the brightness and colour of this image. The effect is bright and cheery. I would suggest that perhaps the right strawberry could be turned a little to show a bit more red. Also I would leave a little more white space on each side and add a simple border. Love the colour and texture though. |

Good focus, colors and idea! Only a note: i don't like the drops of water on the white table (this is not a problem for the vote!).
Ops... another note: i'd like to see more red on the covered strawberry.
Good work! |

Great colours and detail. Not keen on the water either on strawberry, chocolate or surface. Composition is not particularly strong. Maybe having the two strawberries at a more varied angle from each other? |

Great photo! The strawberries are a little off-center. I'm kind of compulsive about that stuff, but this is a great idea nonethless. 8. |

Very well taken, the plain strawberry looks delicious but the chocolate on the other strawberry looks wet. |
