 Week #50 for PAW 2010.

This is a photo from my morning commute.

Any help to figure out how to eliminate the spots from the window would be great. I don't know what steps to use to do so. I use Corel Paint Shop Pro Photo X2. Thanks.

I'm sure Corel has some kind of healing or cloning tool, which can be useful for the spots. I like the blue colors here.
