Critique Club Comment
Great, amusing shot. The upside-down "Play" on the left computer, combined with the intense, yet almost sour, expression on the girl's face gives it a very social commentary vibe that is both meaningful and funny.
The composition/crop is also excellent, although I am not sure that the white border bands on the top and bottom actually add anything to the image. The coincidental mirroring of the wave of the lines on the sofa to the lines on the girl's dress works very well - in general the play of stripes across the image give a real sense of jumbled movement that contrasts nicely with the static appearance of the girls.
Contrast could be backed off a bit, but the harshness of the processing adds to the whole feel of the photo. |

You have captured the declining spirit of a whole new generation! As much as I hate to say it, but it is true. Children used to smile happily when playing, they do not any more :(

| wow, the contrast makes my eyes a little screwy, and while a scene we can all relate to, the expressions and poses are not too flattering. |
