Changing the angle of the shot would have included more of the kid, and would have gotten rid of the flash reflection.

wow, really promising idea with some really harsh lighting. there are many ways in which you can diffuse flash that i wont get into here but keep on shooting

I like your concept, especially the kid crawling out of the frame, but both the tilt and the flash detract from the composition.

Nice title but the image does not show the toy being used.
The angle of the shot feels like it is leaning to the right, and the flash/spotlight is too harsh.
