Its been month since I entered so I had to get something in by the end of the year. Hmm cricket, gimmicky processing, free study, lets see if I break 5!

tilt shift lens? interesting effect makes this more interesting than just a normal photo. As I don't know much about this sport at least the focused part tells me where the action is suppose to be.

Creative use of tilt shift. The lines in the grass meat up nicely with the focal plane.

I think these tilt / shift images can be a little cliched - but you've picked such a great subject for it; it works perfectly.

And of course there are enough Australians here for this to be particularly welcome!! ;-)
