 A bud on a Star Magnolia on a late winter afternoon. I rather liked the swirling, malevolent bokeh behind the fuzzy bud so I turned it ominously green. One of those times when I couldn't resist a moody image!

PP - cropped, levels, duotone, cloned out 4 spots of sensor dust, lightened midtones, resized, sharpened, added border.

Could be Powerful with greater sharpness. (Sharpness has been a weak area for me. I sympathize.) :)
