Oooh. Not fair to do a Critique on your shot Gordon... (ack)

okay..here goes
ahem..
Critique Club
Initial: Cool shot!
Composition: Nice arrangement of the stars.. Including 3 makes it intersting and makes my eye wander to each one. The framing is good, although I wonder what it would have looked like to tilt the camera in an unorthodox way, i.e. instead of portrait or horizontal, something askew in between to give depth to the image.
Technical: Excellent control while zooming in to create the streak effect. Exposure is right on, and the quality is excellent as well.
I like the global interest this has... can mean something to many. Love the shooting star effect. Wonder if the different framing would include more of the streaking on the lower right star.

| Yeah, this photo really has a wow factor. And because I love lighting effects you score pretty high on my scale ;-) I'm interested in the details how you did this. Did you move your camera during the exposure? Is your camera able to zoom in while the shutter is open? Please make sure to include some information on your photo.
