I hope things don't get too bad there for you. |

I like the composition, but like others wish it had more contrast. |

What a pretty perspective on something so devastating. |

Good composition, does need more contrast though, but nice one. |

I like the composition & think this could be very pretty with a little different processing. It looks just a tad flat for my taste. |

more contrast, less border, and this image would be more pleasing. Sorry to hear about the flood though. |

Amazing how something that is basically a "life force" for us can also be devastating and engulf us at the same time. Not a big fan of the border -- it kinda "drowns" me (which may, in turn, be effective) |

I love the way the water reflects the sky in this, but sorry to hear about the flood. |

nice composition...could use more contrast, and probably less border |

I agree. The photo itself is interesting but the double border is very distracting. |

Not a big fan of the frame / border, it seems to take too much space and makes it hard to see the detail within the shot.
The shot itself has an interesting effect, it almost feels pattern like rather than something photographic, at least along the top anyway. |

Small, but nice. Border is very large, makes the whole looks like a miniature. |

Interesting shot. Looks like there might have also been potential for soem good reflection shots. |

I like the photo, but IMHO, I think a black border might draw attention to the shadows more. |

I love how you captured the height of the trees and the water - really nice framing. Those are beautiful, tall flowing subjects! I like borders, but I agree with the others in that it detracts some in this photo, maybe because of the double color. |

It's a curious picture with all the greys to white, very little dark. The heavy grey frame brings out that aspect of the image even more. Not sure it works to help or hinder ... |

Being honest I'm not a fan of the border but I really like the black and white choice on the photo. Great choice on portrait as well :-) |
