 crop way down, fool with textures and sharpness on several different layers.
original is:
I came across this encampment in the industrial district a few years back and snapped a lot of pictures. All the tires, poles and cars were decorated in flamboyant colors.

Some of the empty bldgs in the area have been used by artists, and it seems the outdoors was as well.

This reminds me a lot of the Aboriginal totems they have in a section of our botanical gardens.
