200 micron pinhole. Hard to believe but this is sharp compared to my 600 micron pinhole.

This is like a high contrast shot waiting to happen. Love the grain.

I love the grain in this. I also love the layers. Great subject matter. Looking forward to seeing more.

The grain is great, nice choice when it's clear you could have used a lower ISO. A well textured image.

I'm not a pinhole fan but I look forward to see more of your pinholes.

I like the way the ridges flow the same way the floorboards do but the flower itself crosses them. And putting the snail shell there really makes the photo work.

[quote=pixelpig] Sweet! did I miss it when you posted the story of the pinhole? did you buy it ready made or create it w/aluminum foil? inquiring minds want to know?! the lotus leaf looks as exotic as a deep-sea creature. [/quote)

I have tried tin can and tin foil pin holes in the past but this one is purchased. All I had to do was drill a hole in the body cap and tape it on. I also have a 600 micron pin hole that is so blurry it makes me dizzy to look at the pictures. I'll try to find a use for it.

I need to read up on pinhole photography. I am not familiar with it though I have seen many people use this technique here. The grain certainly contributes mood to this shot.

The soft colours, along with the soft and grainy texture make a beautifully subtle semi-abstract.

Lovely almost-abstract. Painterly.
