I like the blue colors. Seem to be missing a focal point and also has a lot of empty water and sky that is not contributing much to the effect. There appears to be dust spots on the lens.

Good rendering of blue color, for sure! Somewhat too centered, and BTW, it's legal to remove all of those sensor dust spots (or clean your sensor).
