The dark really helps make this out of balance, but the eye (focal point) being exactly ON the Rule of Thirds snaps it right back into balance to me.

I hsve just now started voting, but this image will in my opinion be right up there on the first page. This is "Out of Balance" exemplified, replete with the drooping eye. The very best of luck to you.
