 This is one of those entries that you submit while closing your eyes, plugging your ears and yelling "lalalalalalalalala I don't care what this scores lalalala" (even though secretly you do)

I do not think this is going to score high.
Do I think it is out of balance? Yes.
Do I think it is still effective? Not so much.

We will see what the voters have to say. I am hoping that the reflection of the water tower adds some interest. But I still don't think the score is going to be good, possibly it will be very bad.

i dont really understand what is meant by balance, so i have just been looking at this as a free study, that being said, i like the contrast between the sky and the building

Actually on the second pass it meets the challenge - the sky counter-balances the structure making it effective
