 It was delicious but a little chewy. Obviously the string we used to tie it up whilst cooking was removed. Heated at gas mark 6 for thirty minutes. I'm a vegetarian so no animals were hurt or scared during filming.

Light sources were flash, candle plus room lighting.

The harsh shadows are a bit distracting and the main subject (duck) is a tad out of focus.
