A bit heavy handed on the processing but I do think you've captured/created a dark mood well. The lamp post smack dab in the middle of the composition doesn't do your subject matter justice. Perhaps shooting from a different angle?

I really like the processing here. Reminds me of a futuristic environment in negative animation land. Great contrast of the stone against the wonderful sky. Surreal.
