Great title and capture. The Hollywood sign is a bonus. You really captured his personality, maybe you should step out of your comfort zone more often! (Do what I do...use a long lens.) I, also, agree with the "tilt-more or straighten" comment.
I just realized this is minimal editing...disregard the tilt-more comment...:)

| This is a shot well outside of my comfort zone. I usually don't do B&W, or shoot people, or do street photography. This shot means a lot to me because I think it works well in those three categories. When placed next to such a fantastic group of shots it becomes very average. A personal success if not a challenge favorite. |

| I like his expression, but either this needs to be tilted more or straightened...IMO (which doesn't amount to much) |
