 It's a bathroom scale / clock. I bought it as a clock and I wondered what was that digital display at the top (not visible here). Then I saw in the manual - don't stand on it with wet feet :).

Reminds me of George Carlin's "combination pocket pencil sharpener / garden hose" from his Advertising Lullaby.

I like this, I imagine this shot in a modern living room.

On the device itself, you could be doubly upset in the morning at your weight and the fact you are late for work!

What a cool looking clock/scale. I prob would never use it as a scale as it is too neat to be an object of despair(scale/weight measuring device)
