I had this picked for a ribbon winner... The lighting is phenomenal. I need (really need) to learn how to create this. You are a master. |

So wonderful! And so wonderful to see the only entry in Top Ten that's not a landscape. Congrats! |

Hands down the best portrait, by a good margin. Hope to see this near the top.
Great posing, love the lighting. |

I'm going through the entries, stopping at those images I feel have had the benefit of an unconventional eye and dwelling a little longer to try to see and appreciate what you saw. This is one of those images.
Positives: An unusual portrait of simply stunning quality. The lighting, the choice of background colour, the precise but casual pose, the disk, the clothing, the glasses and most of all the processing. I'd love to be able to pull off work of this quality.
Critical stuff: Perhaps the highlight on the back of the neck - the longer I look at the image, the more prominent it seems to be; and the clipped elbow.
Overall: An image of superb clarity. Looking forward to seeing who made this. If I was betting I'd spread my money between LVicari lovethelight and njsabs. |

Looks like an LVicari green background and lighting. Excellent! (Just wish the elbow was not/more cropped) |

Lovely portrait. I'd change the title to DJ something, spin master sounds like a political pr guy. |
