And you can't tell which branch is which, like two perfectly matching souls... Amazing shot, beautiful trees with so perfectly fractal shapes.
I would have gone totally opposite here with the lightness, as you would guess from my trees. Have to try this in my next black&white edits. Usually, as Iain said, mine also end up looking low contrast. |

I too like the effect fog can bring to shots, though usually mine just end up looking low contrast!
This is a nice, almost two dimensional looking scene that works well in B&W. |

Funny about your note. When I saw this picture, I thought "Dance of the Trees" would make the perfect title. Those are lovely specimens full of character. |
