I really thought this would do better. I think it's the girl's posture that elevates this to something deeper than a picture.

Congratulations, Lorie, on the Posthumous Gallery award, and for the new entry on your top row. I really like this image. The pigeon is a nice touch -- just the two of them alone on the bridge. And the low light, casting the long shadows it terrific.

nice idea. Looks like she is tending to walk out the left away from the lines leading to the center. Just a bit unsettling. Perhaps unsettling is good.

Love the double line of the bollards and the overhead lights. Plus the terrific balance of the girl on one side and the pigeon on the other. Unless it's just some cruel anti-animal segregation rule.
