 This picture was created with three layers; two layers of the one photo and one layer of another photo.
Layer 1: The hue was changed to red.
Layer 2: THe shoes was erased to bring out the red of the shoes from layer one. The image was desatruated.
Layer 3: The image of the hands was cropped. The hue of the hands was changed to green.

The layers were then merged together and the background was lightened and contrast was increased. A border was added to the merged image.
