 Happy Valentines everyone. I thought since this challenge started voting on Valentines Day it would be fun to do something for it.

The lighting is a bit off, but it was so bright I thought it would be best to face somewhat away from the sun. This photoshoot I thought was a complete failure, because shortly after this shot, she started whining about the snow hurting her eyes (it was very bright) and she wouldn't open them. I was happy when I got home, and the second shot I took seemed to be a good one.

Score prediction (Something I am doing new this year): This is a hard one for me because even though I like it I can see many glaring faults. So it will be a matter of if people are willing to forgive the faults. I go off a similar challenge entry that I did with balloons, I also thought it had a lot of faults, but still managed a 6.6. I don't think it will get that high, voting seems a bit rough lately so I am going to go for a 6.2

Such a cute little picture! Love the washed out snow leaving a clean, smooth white canvas for the girl to shine in! Excellent take on the challenge - 7!

I love the white space you have achieved. The colours are great and she is just too cute! I hope you manage to get something similar for the speed challenge.

Superb composition, which meets the challenge perfectly. Love the snow white background. It's very effective and makes for a striking image. One of my favorites in this challenge.
