Pretty light this morning and lovely frost on the deck, so I played with positioning this dried maple leaf to take advantage of the sun's light showing off its shape and texture. Not an exciting subject, maybe, but I like finding beauty in ordinary things.
PP - tonemapped in qtpfsgui (pregamma 0.697, mantiuk method, contrast mapping 0.1, saturation factor 1.029, detail factor 1), erased dark background and merged in luminousity mode at 10% transparency, cropped, levels, white balance, increased saturation on orange/red, decreased saturation on blue/cyan, increased contrast, resized, sharpened, blurred background a bit more, added border. |
