 Being a parrothead I just had to send in something with a tropical flavor! I used a long exposure to catch the motion on the skirt. Minor retouching and cropping. Also added a bit of noise and desaturated some. I was worried about adding type to an image, because it really can make or break it? I guess I'll just wait and see what everyone thinks! First try at a member challenge, and there are some GREAT photographers out there, but thanks for your critiques. They only help in this constant learning process called photography!

Nice composition - and it does look like an album. I love the skirt - it's a nice touch. On the other hand - the blouse area seems a bit bright,

Really original. The composition and lighting are excellent. Great use of text too. The blurred skirt adds interest also. This makes a good image in its own right without the context of the album cover.

This is definatgely one of m;y favorits. Great name. This really could be a band and the photo really could be an album cover. Geat job. I love the motion of the hula skirt, I think it is what really made the photot!!!!!!

I like the surreal feel of this one and the motion within the doll's skirt. The colour repetition of the green and pink of the skirt in the flowers and leaves is also clever.
