I think this shot has a lot of potential because the subject is very interesting. I agree with both of the previous commentors. I think it could be more of a "contemplative" shot (if that's what you're going for), but turning her toward the camera 30-45 degrees and leaving the right side of the image darker than the right side. With a complete profile shot, this almost looks like a mug shot... which may have been what you were going for.
All just my opinion. She has a lot of character and is a fantastic subject. |

| Nice capture of her side profile. I like the black and white conversion. The lighting on her clothes are a bit strong, but overall, this is a very nice side portrait. |
