 Another photo that DPC voted down, from the 1 comment it would appear the blotchy type water may have been the cause, the reality is this has been caused by the shallow water and the wave movement over it. As for the rule of thirds the reef leading from the left ends and the training yacht "Outward Bound" are in the true cross hair rule position.
The color is not over saturated.
This is becoming a habit so it must be my inability.

I like where you were headed with this. But somehow I think the processing of this photo has had a strange effect. Looking at the water, there are splotches of what seems like unsaturated bits and pieces. Maybe I'm wrong, but that's how I'm interpreting what I'm seeing.
