Nice cool. Colors and great, exposure dead on. However I think this could have been cropped better, maybe loose the space to the left.

I like the contrast between the lush green and the sand hill in the BG. I think the shot would be improved if the focus was on the sail boat instead of the building.

I'm not sure if it's the building/city/boat that your talking about (title) since I've never been there before...I'm not sure which is the main subject here
