Thanks for all the kind comments and hopefully this serves as a good window for people to visit SA!!

The name of the photo was born from the name of the mountain in this area - Mount Oux Sources - Source of many rivers. It was thought for many years that this mountain was the spring from which many of SA's major rivers had it's origin - Orange river and Tugela being the major 2. Another Source was however found to be the major contributer (more central to this same range of mountains)to these rivers but it all just boil down to a theory and whatever get's printed in the newest geography books and taught in schools.

A place I regularly visit and one I could never grow tired of. I have spent weeks on end up here and the solitude (out of season) is medicine and a good charge for the old batteries

Thanks for the acknowledgement Rian. It was more than a pleasure to help where I could. It feels like I made the top 10 too even though I didn̢۪t enter this challenge :-).
This was also a great learning curve for me and I̢۪m sure the new editing knowledge will be of great benefit to the both of us for the future. Glad it did well! Congrats!

Hei man, ek sien jou gemiddelde % is die afgelope 4 foto's 'n aks van 100% af! Welverdiend. Wat my die meeste op die foto getref het, is die water wat wolke word, Uitsonderlik.

Wow, fabulous shot! The runoff of the water flows over the edge and blends seamlessly into the clouds giving the strong impression that the clouds 'pour' out over into the valley from the mountain high. Wonderful details and colors are stunning. The sun as a starburst just over the tip of the mountain is the gem that completes this stunning scene.

In viewing so many Fabulous landscape photo’s, of which this is one. I’ve been trying very hard to come up with something intelligent to sayâ€Â¦.. sorry it takes my breath away and all that I can get out is OOOOOOOOoooooo
