Thank you for your comments. A lot of toning in CS5 filters and in particular Alien Skin Exposure 3 after scanning, but I lost the PS log file in a comp crash. I tend to do about 3 sets of [PS5 unsharpen, ASE3 focus/glamour shot strong, PS5 photo filter] until it glows. I was reading <> as inspiration, a book which helped my appreciation of b & w immensely.
