Only a fanatic baseball lover (like our family) could fully appreciate a photo like this. Especially reading about your having to dig home plate out of the snow. There's something so heartwarming (or is it heart aching) about the longing for baseball season that makes this photo very special. I think the 4.48 score is grossly underrated!

nice photo, I liked it during voting, I agree with  epudewell that it could use more contrast but basically your time in the cold and snow was well used. |
