 I love my jewelry work bench and all the interesting tools, which is set up in my guest bedroom by a sunny window. I had been shooting a tray of jewelry tools in my lightbox and wasn't happy with the sterile outcome so I decided I would try at the actual location, which is normally pretty dark and uninteresting. But to my surprise, there was lovely light coming through the blinds and landing right on my work area.

I chose to go with black and white primarily because the tools and elements were so varied in color and I wanted to emphasize the shadows in the foreground.

This is a very cool art. I have seen some very impressive works and it looks like you have all the gear to make such pieces! The B/W adds to the simplicity and utility of the image and works very well. 7
