This is a self portrait taken in the study using remote to fire, while holding the brush.

Post: If i had processed using levels instead of desate ,no Dq,(see red ribbon this challenge)there appears to be a change in image area and features of the ear. win some loose some.

when I saw this I thought it was great, but then I saw that the object that you were "painting" wasn't the whole object (silly rule IMO), and they have been discussing this alot on DPC with several pictures...I still think this is a great picture...one of the better ones in the challenge.

It is an image reminiscent of this shot



This has all the makings of a great image. But for me the focus is in the wrong place, and the lighting is a bit soft. Plus I'm not sure what's going on with the pupil, which is VERY oddly shaped (but gorgeous eyes color.
