 There probably will be several portraits in this challenge, at least in the last Half challenge there were quite a few. I'm curious how this one will do.

Meeting the challenge or not, is was fun and a good exercise using just one strobe. Annika was great, even painted half her face black and pulled out a black wig from somewhere. We got a lot of great shots out of that shooting.

Mainly cloned out some stray hairs, otherwise it's just USM, convert to bw, crop, and resize.

There is a danger in titles that tell explicitly you what you should see: It prevents the viewer from any other effort of interpretation and it constitutes an avowal that the picture is not good enough to illustrate effectively what you want to share.

not in the spirit of the challenge, good portrait nevertheless. had preferred more contrast between left and right half, highlights are already blown, though
