I like this one best for its serenity. The detail of the clouds and the dilapidated pier draw me in. |

I prefer this one because the horizon is more defined. In the other one, the horizon sort of white-outs (does that verb exist?), giving the shot a vague, unfinished look. |

Both are really beautiful shots. I tend to favor this one but cant put a finger on why. |

This is certainly more dramatic (partially due to the post processing), but I still prefer the other one, for it leaves me wonder.
p.s. I like how the birds here are so tiny yet noticeable, to the point they become the subject of that fine image. |

Beautiful clouds and reflections. The old jetty remains are an interesting feature. |

Beautiful scene and color choices....hmmm...the border here...not completely sure. How bout a thin grey border to separate the blackness from the picture? |
