Weeds can grow in the darndest places. And flourish. This one will probably get much bigger as spring goes on, but right now I think the small bit of greenery growing in a crack in the brick with debris below suits my idea of Urban Nature well.
PP - straightened, cropped, tonemapped in qtpfsgui (pregamma 0.697, mantiuk method, contrast mapping 0.1, saturation factor 1.029, detail factor 1), merged with original at 20% transparency in multiply mode, white balance, increased saturation on greens, cloned a little darker shade on some white blobs on the wall, dodged plant, resized, sharpened, added border. |

| I really like how the green pops! Very nice focus work and composition. Although, I'm wondering if a lower angle, may have been better. This way, not showing the lower debris. I do understand, why it's their. It's just sometimes simple, can go a long way. Maybe next time... Either way, I do like the shot, good job... |
