 While not up to the standard of other moon shots in this thread--this is from tonight where we observed a large ring around the moon. This exposure was 1/5 second; f3.5; ISO 6400 on a Nikon D300 with 10-24 lens at 10mm-- to give some perspective on how large the ring was! Time was about 10:30PM in Sarasota Florida.

This is a neat phenomenon. It's actually a rainbow, but there is not usually enough light to see the colors unless it's otherwise very dark outside, like out in the countryside.
It's nice that you were able to capture this one.
