 I took this shot while hanging from a rope in a climbing gym. When I got to the top of the wall, I pulled my S95 from my pocket, set it to manual focus, and took this photo.
I converted it to b/w in Picasa.

if the subject at bottom was in focus and not the rope, this would work better for me

Love the concept, the top of the rope needs to be in sharper focus.
